Provenance & authentication.
What's documented, what's signed, what comes in the box.
Every piece is documented and signed.
Stones over one carat are accompanied by gemological reports from GIA, AGL, or comparable laboratories — origin where determinable, treatments disclosed, carat weight and dimensions confirmed in writing.
The house mark, the serial, the ledger.
Every piece is engraved on the inside of the shank, the post, or the bail with the house mark and a serial number unique to the piece. The serial is logged in the atelier ledger alongside the date made, the stones used, the metal weight, and the first owner.
The certificate.
You will receive a printed certificate, signed in ink, when your piece arrives. The atelier keeps a copy. If the certificate is ever lost, we replace it on request — no charge, no questions.
For resale, insurance, or appraisal.
The certificate, the gemological reports, and the ledger entry are sufficient documentation for most insurance providers. For pieces being sold, gifted, or appraised, we issue a current-market valuation letter on request — at cost.
