What we cover, for as long as you own the piece.
Every piece is warrantied for the life of the piece, for the original owner.
We cover any defect of materials or workmanship — a stone that loosens, a setting that gives, a clasp that fails — at no charge, for as long as you own the piece. Bring it back, write to the atelier, and we handle it.
Service for the life of the piece.
Restoration, resizing, retipping, polishing, refinishing, re-rhodium. Offered at cost for the life of the piece. The first service in the first year is included.
What we don't warranty.
Accident, loss, theft, or normal wear that comes from a piece being worn the way it's meant to be worn. That's what insurance is for, and we recommend it — we work with Jewelers Mutual and BriteCo and can refer you when you're ready.
What we want.
For the piece to be on the hand for the next forty years. For us to be the ones who keep it there.
