Every piece is made by hand, for a specific person, often from a stone that took months to find. Returns work differently here.
Stock pieces — fourteen days.
Stock pieces ship with a fourteen-day inspection window. If the piece isn't right when it arrives, write to hello@shannonzackary.com within fourteen days. The piece returns the way it came — fully insured, by signed delivery — and the purchase is refunded in full once the piece is back in the atelier and inspected. No questions, no fees, no friction.
Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces.
Cannot be returned. By the nature of the work, they don't exist for anyone else. We will resize, repair, refinish, and reset for the life of the piece — but we cannot un-make what was made for you.
If something is wrong.
A stone that's loose. A clasp that doesn't sit right. A finish that needs work. Write to the atelier. We make it right. Always.
