How pieces travel.
Fully insured. Signed for. No exceptions.
Every piece ships fully insured for its full replacement value. The carriers we use require an adult signature on delivery, in person. We don't substitute. We don't leave packages.
Within the United States.
Complimentary, fully insured shipping on every piece. Two to four business days from when it leaves the atelier. We use FedEx Priority Overnight for most pieces; pieces over $25,000 ship via Brink's or Malca-Amit secure transport.
Internationally.
Shipped at cost, fully insured, with carriers selected for the destination. Five to ten business days depending on customs. Duties and import taxes are handled at delivery by the carrier and paid by the recipient.
Hand delivery.
For pieces over $25,000 within Los Angeles we offer hand delivery — at no charge, by appointment. Anywhere else, at cost, by arrangement.
How it arrives.
Inside the house presentation: parchment-lined ash box, signed certificate of authenticity, polishing cloth, dust bag. The piece travels in one outer container — opaque, unmarked, anonymous — for your security and ours.
